Here is the schedule of events over the weekend. There will also be a display of Daily Notices on the big screen in the Registration room, so please keep an eye out for any last minute changes!

Friday 22nd August

2.00pm: Registration opens in lounge next to the Dolce Vita café
3.00pm: Bar opens in the Student Union
5.30pm: Refectory opens for evening supper
8.00pm: Refectory closes
8.00pm: Opening Ceremony in the Student Union
8.30pm: Band followed by a disco
8.00pm: Registration and the Dolce Vita café closes
1.00am: Bar and venue close

Saturday 23rd August

7.30-9.30am: Breakfast in the Refectory
8.30-10.00am: Late Registrations and Market Place
9.45am: Crane Valley Trail coach - gather at the White Gate
10.00am: The Ball breaker hashers - White Gate
10.15am: Bras and Pants Hash Trail - White Gate
10.30am: Thames Boat Trip & Long Trail - White Gate
10.30am: London Landmarks Trail gather at Entrance Two
10.45am: Thames Boat Trip & Short Trail gather at Entrance Two
10.45am: MASH does Pirbright Trail gather at the White Gate
11.45am: Pub Crawl hashers gather at Entrance Two
4.00pm: Hash games on the field
5.00pm: Bar opens
5.30pm: Down Down competition outside back of 1850 room
5.30-7.30pm: Dinner in the Refectory
7.30pm: Presentations for UK NH 2027
8.00pm -1.00am: Band and disco in the Student Union.

Sunday 24th August

7.30-9.30am: Breakfast in the Refectory
8.30-10.00am: Market Place
9.45am: Crane Valley Trail coach - gather at the White Gate
10.15am: Black Death Full Moon Trail - White Gate
10.30am: London Landmarks Trail gather at Entrance Two
10.30am: Thames Boat Trip & Long Trail - White Gate
10.45am: Thames Boat Trip & Short Trail gather at Entrance Two
10.45am: MASH does Pirbright Trail gather at the White Gate
11.45am: Pub Crawl hashers gather at Entrance Two
5.00pm: GMs’ meeting (including decision on NH2027)
5.00pm – 1.00am: Bar open
5.30pm: Party starts

Party theme is Hash Regalia or come as you are!

5.30 –7.30pm: Dinner in the Refectory
8.00pm: Closing ceremony
9.00pm: Skits, Open Mic, Band
11.00pm: Disco

Monday 25th August

7.30-9.30am: Breakfast in the Refectory
8.00-10.00am: Return keys to the Registration Room
9.00am: Bag storage in the Registration Room
10.00am: Room checkout
10.00am: Hangover Run hashers gather at the White Gate
10.00-13.00pm: Bar open
1.00pm: Final clear up
2.00pm: Leave site
